Cheese is one of the fruits of man's ingenuity and the manteca cheese is ample proff of this.
It combines within a single product the originality of draw curd and the ingenious idea to fill it with butter to preserve it even in the hottest of summers.
The cow's milk used comes from small stock farms of animals grazing in the Cilento meadows.
The draw curd is filled with fresh butter cream and the product can be used fresh or after it has matured for approximately one month.
