For four generations, from father to son, the Madaio family is handing down a job that is going to disappearing, a heritage of traditions and skills that, since 1970, provides not only excellent products , of high quality but above all original, first of all buffalo mozzarella.
The production of cheeses is born in the heart of National Park of Cilento, in Castelcivita, a little village full of traditions. The company’s logo sums up its origin: a tower with three battlements, which represent the last three generation Antonio Madaio, Angelo Madaio and Davide Madaio, and on the base the wave of a calm sea, which betrays its connection with a territory characterized by the double soul : mountainous and coastal.
