Burratina is born from the rich milk and the desire to offer fresh, pleasant and east to use products.
It’s a cheese composed by a double structure: an external envelope of cooked curd , and an internal hearth of mozzarella stripes mixed with fresh cream.
It’s a sort of a hot pocket filled with cream and mozzarella stripes. The external curd is pearl white with an intense smell of fresh milk. The hearth smells like cream and butter, a sweet flavour and and creamy consistence.
