The Cuor of burrata “heart of burrata” was initially used as filling for the burratina. Shreds of mozzarella of cow milk are mixed with fresh cream obtaining a sweet and creamy product. So it’s a cheese without rind with a soft and creamy consistence.

The aroma is intense of fresh milk, cream and butter. It is really appreciated as ingredient in several kind of recipes, or to be eatena s well in momo-portion.
