Caprotto with pumpkin

Goat milk, pumpkin powder and natural seasoning.

The milk collected from goats climbing on steep slopes and Mediterranean hills is used for realized thecaprotto. The product, after about two months from the production, is seasoned in a very fine pumpkin powder, thanks to its organoleptic characteristics makes the cheese more harmonious and delicate.

The fine pumpkin powder gives the cheese a new appearance, transforming it into a sort of casket covered with a regal drape.
