Bufalino provides a new version of the traditional seasoned cheeses, which consists in combining the freshness of ricotta and the intense flavour of caciobufala, the result is cheese able to meet the need of those who require a creamy cheese with a strong taste. Selected caciobufala are finely chopped and then mixed manually with salt and ricotta.

The result is a creamy and homogenous paste with an opaque white color.
