The Ficaccio combines the freshness of buffalo and cow milk with the herbaceous aroma of Cilento fig leaves. Produced by Casa Madaio in the national Park of Cilento and Vallo di Diano, Ficaccio is manually wrapped up in fig leaves. The product matures for about thirty-forty days inside our natural caves in Castelcivita. The leaves keep the humidity and give much more freshness, softness and the typical aroma of figs to the product.
